"AM/PM has come to the rescue for me in Amherst several times. A few years ago, they replaced a leaking water heater on a Saturday morning. I was mopping up water on the floor for days. When I finally figured out the water was coming from the water heater and called AM/PM late on a Friday afternoon, they took on the job for the next day- no more water in the basement, plenty of hot water upstairs! More recently, they replaced a toilet and fixed a leaking shower head. They are very knowledgeable, they get the job done, and they are neat.
